Narrative:
My first knowledge of an altitude deviation, or any problem with ATC, on this flight was the receiving of an e-mail on aug/xa/99 from air safety chairman. To the best of my knowledge, all operations as flight engineer on that flight were in compliance with FAA and company operating procedures.
