Narrative:
Air flight #XXX, xa jan/xx/95 ship #XXX, temperature 38 degree fahrenheit tailskid strike on takeoff after passing large bump on runway 4 at lga. A heavy gross weight takeoff in strong gusty winds (320/18G 26) was made by captain normal rotation rate and target angle. Tailskid light stayed on after gear was raised. Abnormal procedure were accomplished. Flight landed uneventfully in dca.

Narrative: AIR FLT #XXX, XA JAN/XX/95 SHIP #XXX, TEMP 38 DEG FAHRENHEIT TAILSKID STRIKE ON TKOF AFTER PASSING LARGE BUMP ON RWY 4 AT LGA. A HVY GROSS WT TKOF IN STRONG GUSTY WINDS (320/18G 26) WAS MADE BY CAPT NORMAL ROTATION RATE AND TARGET ANGLE. TAILSKID LIGHT STAYED ON AFTER GEAR WAS RAISED. ABNORMAL PROC WERE ACCOMPLISHED.
