Narrative:

I was above the class B airspace checking some equipment. No contact with ATC I was wbound, the airliner eastbound. I saw the traffic and it passed beneath me. I made no maneuver to avoid. The airliner may have, but since the destination was pit, then the traffic was descending anyway. There did not appear to be a problem, and I was entirely legal as far as I know, but I am afraid of big brother.
