Narrative:
Right pack temperature mix valve failed in full cold position. Right pack had to be shut down and left pack temperature turned up to try to heat rear cabin. This caused cockpit temperature to become excessive. Cockpit door had to be left in open position periodically to mix temperatures from front to rear and allow cockpit temperatures to cool.
