Narrative:

On the boids 4 arrival to dfw, cleared to cross didly intersection at 11000 ft. Misread DME mi off the STAR chart. Mistook 21 DME pivet intersection for didly 15 DME. I crossed didly at 13000 ft, 2000 ft high. No conflict with traffic, the way the boids 4 STAR chart is folded made the crew look at the didly intersection then straight down to the 21 DME for pivet intersection.

Narrative: ON THE BOIDS 4 ARR TO DFW, CLRED TO CROSS DIDLY INTXN AT 11000 FT. MISREAD DME MI OFF THE STAR CHART. MISTOOK 21 DME PIVET INTXN FOR DIDLY 15 DME.
