Narrative:
At about XX30 am on feb/xx/95 I signed a student off to make a cross country flight from mlb to obe to sua and back to mlb. En route from obe to sua he got off course and thought that fpr airport was sua. While talking to sua tower, he entered the class D at fpr. While on a downwind for the active runway, sua tower realized what had happened. My student promptly contacted fpr tower and resolved the situation.
