Narrative:

We were in a G4 being vectored to the ILS runway 24 at fok. After receiving approach clearance, we were told 'radar service terminated' and told to contact tower. We were the only aircraft in the area. We contacted the tower, and they gave us a visibility update (3/4 mi) and assured us the runway lights were all the way up. They did not clear us to land. We landed and while taxiing off, the tower informed us we did not report the final approach fix or get a landing clearance. We, as a flight crew simply forgot our non-radar ATC procedures. The tower though could certainly have cleared us to land when we called them, since there was no other conflicting traffic. With the approach as tight as it was, the last thing on our minds was non-radar procedure.

Title: UNAUTH LNDG -- CPR FLC LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: WE WERE IN A G4 BEING VECTORED TO THE ILS RWY 24 AT FOK. AFTER RECEIVING APCH CLRNC, WE WERE TOLD 'RADAR SVC TERMINATED' AND TOLD TO CONTACT TWR. WE WERE THE ONLY ACFT IN THE AREA. WE CONTACTED THE TWR, AND THEY GAVE US A VISIBILITY UPDATE (3/4 MI) AND ASSURED US THE RWY LIGHTS WERE ALL THE WAY UP. THEY DID NOT CLR US TO LAND. WE LANDED AND WHILE TAXIING OFF, THE TWR INFORMED US WE DID NOT RPT THE FINAL APCH FIX OR GET A LNDG CLRNC. WE, AS A FLC SIMPLY FORGOT OUR NON-RADAR ATC PROCS. THE TWR THOUGH COULD CERTAINLY HAVE CLRED US TO LAND WHEN WE CALLED THEM, SINCE THERE WAS NO OTHER CONFLICTING TFC. WITH THE APCH AS TIGHT AS IT WAS, THE LAST THING ON OUR MINDS WAS NON-RADAR PROC.
