Narrative:
On boids 4 arrival to dfw airport, told by approach 125.8 to contact approach on 132.1. Switched over and told to intercept ILS runway 18R, cleared for approach. Approach was really busy talking to other aircraft (plus us). Short final we realized we hadn't talked to tower. By that time we were in the flare, landed without incident and contacted tower. On ground, no frequency change or instructions given to contact tower.
