Narrative:
Upon landing at boeing field, seattle, wa, my radios began to cut out while I thought I heard turn right next taxiway (cutout) 121.9. Typical operations there in the past I have been instructed to monitor ground while taxiing to the FBO. As I was turning off the runway onto what I thought was the parallel taxiway, I was attempting to figure out why my radios were cutting out. As a result I was distracted while taxing and turned onto the parallel runway 31R. A much shorter runway that begins about midfield in relation to runway 31L. I did not realize I was on the parallel runway until I arrived at the end and saw the runway numbers. The whole time I was taxing, I was continuing my attempts to contact ground and tower, but had no luck.

Title: INADVERTENT TAXI ON RWY AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: UPON LNDG AT BOEING FIELD, SEATTLE, WA, MY RADIOS BEGAN TO CUT OUT WHILE I THOUGHT I HEARD TURN R NEXT TXWY (CUTOUT) 121.9. TYPICAL OPS THERE IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO MONITOR GND WHILE TAXIING TO THE FBO. AS I WAS TURNING OFF THE RWY ONTO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE PARALLEL TXWY, I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FIGURE OUT WHY MY RADIOS WERE CUTTING OUT. AS A RESULT I WAS DISTRACTED WHILE TAXING AND TURNED ONTO THE PARALLEL RWY 31R. A MUCH SHORTER RWY THAT BEGINS ABOUT MIDFIELD IN RELATION TO RWY 31L. I DID NOT REALIZE I WAS ON THE PARALLEL RWY UNTIL I ARRIVED AT THE END AND SAW THE RWY NUMBERS. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS TAXING, I WAS CONTINUING MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT GND AND TWR, BUT HAD NO LUCK.
