Narrative:

On our return flight from columbus, oh, we arrived at dulles during a busy arrival bank. Dulles only had arrs to runway 1R (if I remember correctly). While at 5000 ft, we were given a speed restr. During our flight through some light turbulence and in and out of clouds, the captain noticed I had lost 200 ft. During my correction time, we had descended to about 250 ft below our assigned altitude. ATC asked if we were maintaining 5000 ft. ATC quickly acknowledged our return to altitude. Supplemental information from acn 302029: I was busy with PNF duties and first officer was flying through partial VMC/IMC clouds.
