Narrative:
While at cruise altitude, we were supposed to intercept the airway northbound. We both missed the turn and controller said to turn left heading 300 degrees and reintercept. We missed the turn by about 3-4 mi. To our knowledge there was not a conflict. I believe fatigue was a strong factor. We had been on duty for 12 hours with 2.5 hours left to go.
