Narrative:
After a normal ILS approach and a normal on speed, smooth touchdown, the aircraft decelerated abnormally fast and pulled to the right. No autobrakes were selected, no abnormal indications were noted prior to touchdown. Aircraft was taxied off runway 16 to parallel taxiway and stopped after being told that we had blown some tires by tower. Runway centerline was maintained during landing with normal control inputs. No fire indications were noted by us or ground personnel. Passenger were deplaned via stairs on taxiway. Maintenance informed us that all 8 tires on right side were blown. Aircraft did have prior write-up of possible dragging brake(south).

Title: BLOWN TIRES ON LNDG ROLL.
Narrative: AFTER A NORMAL ILS APCH AND A NORMAL ON SPD, SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN, THE ACFT DECELERATED ABNORMALLY FAST AND PULLED TO THE R. NO AUTOBRAKES WERE SELECTED, NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS WERE NOTED PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. ACFT WAS TAXIED OFF RWY 16 TO PARALLEL TXWY AND STOPPED AFTER BEING TOLD THAT WE HAD BLOWN SOME TIRES BY TWR. RWY CTRLINE WAS MAINTAINED DURING LNDG WITH NORMAL CTL INPUTS. NO FIRE INDICATIONS WERE NOTED BY US OR GND PERSONNEL. PAX WERE DEPLANED VIA STAIRS ON TXWY. MAINT INFORMED US THAT ALL 8 TIRES ON R SIDE WERE BLOWN. ACFT DID HAVE PRIOR WRITE-UP OF POSSIBLE DRAGGING BRAKE(S).
