Narrative:
ATC kept us too high prior to aadam and a minimum of 160 KTS. A320 has difficulty slowing down and going down at the same time. Had to use speed brakes to get down. Procedure is steep enough to start with, don't need ATC to steepen it even more.

Narrative: ATC KEPT US TOO HIGH PRIOR TO AADAM AND A MINIMUM OF 160 KTS. A320 HAS DIFFICULTY SLOWING DOWN AND GOING DOWN AT THE SAME TIME. HAD TO USE SPD BRAKES TO GET DOWN. PROC IS STEEP ENOUGH TO START WITH, DON'T NEED ATC TO STEEPEN IT EVEN MORE.
