Narrative:
Lda not in database. Even hard tuned aircraft did not follow captured localizer. Verified with tower and hard tuned frequency for lda. Workload excessive. More advance notice of intent to assign lda would be appropriate. Not comfortable with approach assigned. Glad it was daylight and mostly VFR. Supplemental information from acn 308131: approach not in database - - had to be built manually on short notice -- while on excessive (3) vectors (vectored through course) before cleared for approach.

Title: LDA APCH EVALUATION.
Narrative: LDA NOT IN DATABASE. EVEN HARD TUNED ACFT DID NOT FOLLOW CAPTURED LOC. VERIFIED WITH TWR AND HARD TUNED FREQ FOR LDA. WORKLOAD EXCESSIVE. MORE ADVANCE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ASSIGN LDA WOULD BE APPROPRIATE. NOT COMFORTABLE WITH APCH ASSIGNED. GLAD IT WAS DAYLIGHT AND MOSTLY VFR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 308131: APCH NOT IN DATABASE - - HAD TO BE BUILT MANUALLY ON SHORT NOTICE -- WHILE ON EXCESSIVE (3) VECTORS (VECTORED THROUGH COURSE) BEFORE CLRED FOR APCH.
