Narrative:
Scurry arrival at dfw approaching refil fix at 11000 ft, received TCASII climb command. First officer disconnected autoplt and began climb. After clear of conflict first officer rearmed altitude setting at 11000 ft and pressed flight level change and did not re- engage autoplt. As captain notified ATC of TCASII response aircraft descended below 11000 ft approximately 400 ft.
