Narrative:
On STAR, cleared to cross druzz intersection at 11000 ft, 250 KTS. When it became evident we would not be able to make the restr we tried to call. Because of frequency congestion we ended up 2 mi from druzz before we could advise ATC.

Narrative: ON STAR, CLRED TO CROSS DRUZZ INTXN AT 11000 FT, 250 KTS. WHEN IT BECAME EVIDENT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE RESTR WE TRIED TO CALL. BECAUSE OF FREQ CONGESTION WE ENDED UP 2 MI FROM DRUZZ BEFORE WE COULD ADVISE ATC.
