Narrative:
ZBW issued traffic at our 2 O'clock and 10 mi at 15000 ft. We were given a heading approximately 050 degree until leaving 14000 ft then cleared direct alb. After leaving 14000 ft, we heard TCASII alert 'traffic, traffic' and saw target displayed at approximately 7 O'clock position on TCASII with plus 100 ft altitude. At about the same time a shadow passed over our aircraft. TCASII did not issue a RA. ZBW stands by their radar showing the C-130 at 15000 ft and I stand by my TCASII showing other aircraft at plus 100 ft. My TCASII plus shadow cast on my aircraft leads me to this affirmation.

Title: DC9 TCASII TA WITH MIL C130.
Narrative: ZBW ISSUED TFC AT OUR 2 O'CLOCK AND 10 MI AT 15000 FT. WE WERE GIVEN A HDG APPROX 050 DEG UNTIL LEAVING 14000 FT THEN CLRED DIRECT ALB. AFTER LEAVING 14000 FT, WE HEARD TCASII ALERT 'TFC, TFC' AND SAW TARGET DISPLAYED AT APPROX 7 O'CLOCK POS ON TCASII WITH PLUS 100 FT ALT. AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME A SHADOW PASSED OVER OUR ACFT. TCASII DID NOT ISSUE A RA. ZBW STANDS BY THEIR RADAR SHOWING THE C-130 AT 15000 FT AND I STAND BY MY TCASII SHOWING OTHER ACFT AT PLUS 100 FT. MY TCASII PLUS SHADOW CAST ON MY ACFT LEADS ME TO THIS AFFIRMATION.
