Narrative:

Completed r-hand engine change, in myrtle beach, sc. I signed airworthy part of engine change. We deferred trim run. On arrival at pit, I went on vacation. Foreman on job filled out carry over and deferred work per company policy. I went on vacation this time! Returned at this date, jun/mon/95. I filed this report. I was told paperwork was not completed. Engine run power assurance was completed per takeoff power with figures completed by foreman.
