Narrative:
Approaching runway for departure, aircraft needed higher than normal power to taxi. After stopping in line and setting brakes, #1 brake assembly seized and #1 tire went flat. Notified tower regarding unable to continue flight and eventually return to gate. Requested emergency equipment. Notified dispatch and mco of difficulties. Arranged for bus transportation of passenger back to terminal. Remained with aircraft until maintenance received aircraft.

Title: MLG TAXIING HAS BRAKE ASSEMBLY SEIZE AND TIRE GO FLAT.
Narrative: APCHING RWY FOR DEP, ACFT NEEDED HIGHER THAN NORMAL PWR TO TAXI. AFTER STOPPING IN LINE AND SETTING BRAKES, #1 BRAKE ASSEMBLY SEIZED AND #1 TIRE WENT FLAT. NOTIFIED TWR REGARDING UNABLE TO CONTINUE FLT AND EVENTUALLY RETURN TO GATE. REQUESTED EMER EQUIP. NOTIFIED DISPATCH AND MCO OF DIFFICULTIES. ARRANGED FOR BUS TRANSPORTATION OF PAX BACK TO TERMINAL. REMAINED WITH ACFT UNTIL MAINT RECEIVED ACFT.
