Narrative:
Aircraft involved in incident: stinson reliant (conventional gear) struck a cessna 152. Pilot of stinson did not see the cessna as it was too close to the taxiway on edge of ramp and to the right of the stinson (the blind side).

Narrative: ACFT INVOLVED IN INCIDENT: STINSON RELIANT (CONVENTIONAL GEAR) STRUCK A CESSNA 152. PLT OF STINSON DID NOT SEE THE CESSNA AS IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE TXWY ON EDGE OF RAMP AND TO THE R OF THE STINSON (THE BLIND SIDE).
