Narrative:

On approach into eri set up ILS runway 6, then cleared for visual to runway 6. I do not remember being given frequency change to tower frequency. Did not call tower and get landing clearance, and did not realize it until flare to touchdown and approach called. Captain was flying. There was nothing abnormal, no traffic ahead of us, some coming in behind us. We were cleared for the visual then started configuring and running the landing checklist. That possibly got us busy enough that I was distracted and forgot to switch to tower for landing clearance. At 500 ft I usually check 'gear, flaps, check complete, cleared to land.' but I do not remember going through that on this occasion. I do need to make that a regular habit. I am surprised that approach did not give us a call sooner.

Title: UNAUTH LNDG WITHOUT CLRNC LNDG.

Narrative: ON APCH INTO ERI SET UP ILS RWY 6, THEN CLRED FOR VISUAL TO RWY 6. I DO NOT REMEMBER BEING GIVEN FREQ CHANGE TO TWR FREQ. DID NOT CALL TWR AND GET LNDG CLRNC, AND DID NOT REALIZE IT UNTIL FLARE TO TOUCHDOWN AND APCH CALLED. CAPT WAS FLYING. THERE WAS NOTHING ABNORMAL, NO TFC AHEAD OF US, SOME COMING IN BEHIND US. WE WERE CLRED FOR THE VISUAL THEN STARTED CONFIGURING AND RUNNING THE LNDG CHKLIST. THAT POSSIBLY GOT US BUSY ENOUGH THAT I WAS DISTRACTED AND FORGOT TO SWITCH TO TWR FOR LNDG CLRNC. AT 500 FT I USUALLY CHK 'GEAR, FLAPS, CHK COMPLETE, CLRED TO LAND.' BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER GOING THROUGH THAT ON THIS OCCASION. I DO NEED TO MAKE THAT A REGULAR HABIT. I AM SURPRISED THAT APCH DID NOT GIVE US A CALL SOONER.
