Narrative:
I was landing at the arlington airport F54 on an IFR flight plan into the dallas area. Approach was vectoring me for traffic, then given pilot navigation to the airport. I turned to the airport and thought I had it in sight. Approach told me change to advisory and squawk VFR. I changed my radios and the radios went dead (buttons on the audio panel stuck). I landed on the grand prairie airport not the arlington airport. These airports are close together, similar arrangement of runways, and local landmarks.
