Narrative:

I lost radios on my approach to bullhead city airport. I overflew the airport at 3500 ft and saw no tower and no light signals. I observed traffic, entered left traffic and shot the approach with a successful landing. On the ground, I saw light signals coming from a small building. I complied with the light signals and spoke to the controller by telephone. The tower could not be distinguished from other buildings while in the air.
