Narrative:
Cleared to land on runway 14 after being questioned as to familiarity. I was told to cross threshold of runway 17 and not to cross runway 16. Upon turning to final on runway 14, I was told by tower to turn immediately right to 340 degrees, and that I had crossed over runway 16. Redirected, I landed upon runway 17 after clearance. ATIS had comment regarding staying clear of and not landing on 'concrete runway' which I confused with runway 16.
