FL310, smooth ride, mach .800, 50 mi south of bvi, brazil. Sudden momentary moderate turbulence. No WX on radar. A few passenger complained of minor injuries. On board physician and paramedic examined them. When consulted physician said deviation for medical injuries was not necessary, passenger would be fine into mia. The rest of flight uneventful and smooth. Notified dispatch, upon arrival paramedics met aircraft.
