Narrative:
#1 engine had an uncommanded acceleration to 102.0 percent N1. The autothrust/ecu failed. I regained control of the engine by descending to FL240, shutting down the engine and doing an in-flight restart. No injuries resulted and a normal VFR landing at phx was made. Phx crash crew inspected the engine. Company maintenance changed the ecu.
