Narrative:

Hong kong approach supervisor informed us upon taxiing in after landing to call them after we blocked in. Aircraft landing behind us was also directed to call in. Supervisor told captain that we didn't comply with the FL140 at 30 mi east of td restr. We never knew about it and couldn't find it anywhere in our navigation data. All we could find was FL140 at 30 mi east of ch. Ch was OTS at the time. First of all it was very distracting and confusing to have the supervisor ask us to call when we were busy taxiing in. Second, hong kong approachs and procedures are overly complex with little notes and procedures scattered throughout our navigation pubs. We never did find where it dictated that we be at FL140 30 mi from td. Apparently the aircraft behind us didn't either.

Narrative: HONG KONG APCH SUPVR INFORMED US UPON TAXIING IN AFTER LNDG TO CALL THEM AFTER WE BLOCKED IN. ACFT LNDG BEHIND US WAS ALSO DIRECTED TO CALL IN. SUPVR TOLD CAPT THAT WE DIDN'T COMPLY WITH THE FL140 AT 30 MI E OF TD RESTR. WE NEVER KNEW ABOUT IT AND COULDN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE IN OUR NAV DATA. ALL WE COULD FIND WAS FL140 AT 30 MI E OF CH. CH WAS OTS AT THE TIME. FIRST OF ALL IT WAS VERY DISTRACTING AND CONFUSING TO HAVE THE SUPVR ASK US TO CALL WHEN WE WERE BUSY TAXIING IN. SECOND, HONG KONG APCHS AND PROCS ARE OVERLY COMPLEX WITH LITTLE NOTES AND PROCS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT OUR NAV PUBS. WE NEVER DID FIND WHERE IT DICTATED THAT WE BE AT FL140 30 MI FROM TD. APPARENTLY THE ACFT BEHIND US DIDN'T EITHER.
