Narrative:
Aircraft was descending from FL220 to FL200 with autoplt/autothrottles engaged. Descent mode was 'IAS.' as the aircraft descended through FL200 (assigned altitude), pilots disengaged the autoplt and stopped the descent by FL195, then climbed back to FL200. The autoplt failed to capture the altitude set in the autoplt altitude select window. There was no conflict with other traffic and the ATC controller said nothing about the deviation.
