Narrative:

On feb/fri/94 I was asked to conduct an orientation flight in a cessna citation. Personnel on board consisted of a 3 man crew plus 3 observers. The flight was conducted in the local area to demonstrate the aircraft's special equipment. After reviewing past flight logs, it was determined that I flew in an overweight condition during the first part of the flight. Corrective action is that the people are now being weighed prior to a flight where the limits are approached.
