Narrative:
I was practicing a soft field landing on the grass beside the runway at clemson oconee county airport in clemson, sc, on nov/sun/95 at approximately XX45AM, when my nose gear inadvertently contacted the runway end identifier light on the right side of the approach end of runway 07. The plane landed normally on the mains but as the nose came down, the nose gear collapsed under the plane and the propeller struck the ground approximately 5 times. Apparent damage was sustained to the REIL, the front gear, propeller and bottom cowl. The plane is a 1960 cessna 182, there were no injuries.
