Narrative:
Followed 2 other aircraft into pattern for landing runway 23, looked at the windsock. On first approach too high and executed a go around. On second approach appeared to float for an excessive period of time, touched down flat, bounced into the air few ft and landed on nosewheel. After landing inspection revealed propeller strike and damage to both blade tips. In the future I will check wind more carefully and will execute go around promptly.
