Narrative:
On seventh touch and go at ekm, had set down on runway 17. Retracted flaps went to full throttle. Aircraft started to slide to left on ice. Put in more right rudder, pulled back on yoke, plane lifted off runway. But right wing hit runway. Lifted off, called tower that I had wing damage and was going to come around to runway 27 and land. Damage to right wingtip and aileron. Tower called wind 210 degrees at 10 KTS. At 80 mph at lift off, left wheel seemed to catch some icy chunks on left side of runway 17. Also appear to have instinctively put in a large amount of right aileron which caused the aircraft to tank sharply to right at lift off and catch right wingtip.
