Narrative:
Air carrier (CL60) issued taxi instructions to runway 27L via taxiway east hold short of runway 27R. Aircraft exited ramp on taxiway H, did not turn on taxiway east and crossed runway 17 without permission. Only 1 aircraft awaiting departure at runway 17 and an aircraft on final 7 mi out. Intersection of txwys H and east has been the site of many runway incursions. Signs have been erected but incursions are still occurring.

Title: ACR (CL60) ISSUED TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO RWY 27L VIA TXWY E AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 27R. ACFT MISSED TURN ONTO TXWY E AND TAXIED ACROSS ACTIVE RWY 17 WITHOUT CLRNC. FORTUNATELY NO OTHER TFC IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY.
