Narrative:

Leveled at FL220 for approximately 30 mins when I understood and read back a clearance to climb to FL230 (frequency 124.3). Handed over to ZKC, 125.3, who informed me the clearance to FL230 was for another aircraft. Seems like we need a backup to reading back clrncs to ATC, since my readback was never corrected, if indeed it was for another aircraft.
