Narrative:
Back taxi to runway 09 cdv for takeoff. During 180 degree turn around at approach end of runway 09, slid into snow berm with nose gear on ice. Didn't see ice on turnaround area because it was covered with water. No damage or injuries, flight continued.

Narrative: BACK TAXI TO RWY 09 CDV FOR TKOF. DURING 180 DEG TURN AROUND AT APCH END OF RWY 09, SLID INTO SNOW BERM WITH NOSE GEAR ON ICE. DIDN'T SEE ICE ON TURNAROUND AREA BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED WITH WATER. NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES, FLT CONTINUED.
