Narrative:
I was working tcb north, tcb south, tcb handoff, and cabin coordinator position all combined. This occurred during our am departure rush with air taxies going through us (lga) to ewr. The supervisor on duty was not certified on any control position. My relief at XA30 am was forced to work under the same conditions. Nothing happened today. In the past, lga has had operational errors under the same circumstances, it may happen again. Staffing plus the refusal of management to call in overtime or cancel meetings caused the problem.
