Narrative:
Flying in to opalocka, fl, we avoided a near miss with a light high wing airplane. I questioned mia approach, and his response was 'sorry.' the aircraft in question was no more than 200 ft horizontally at our altitude.

Title: CORP PLT HAS NMAC WITH TFC AT CRUISE.
Narrative: FLYING IN TO OPALOCKA, FL, WE AVOIDED A NEAR MISS WITH A LIGHT HIGH WING AIRPLANE. I QUESTIONED MIA APCH, AND HIS RESPONSE WAS 'SORRY.' THE ACFT IN QUESTION WAS NO MORE THAN 200 FT HORIZLY AT OUR ALT.
