After being cleared direct pxt, apparently reporter pilot didn't comply because ATC told reporter to call them after he landed. They informed him he was 'real close' to washington airspace (probably in it).

Narrative:
Bwi cleared me direct pxt then told me to contact pxt approach on 120.05. Direct pxt put me on the 010 degree radial. I needed to hold a heading of 210 degrees to keep me direct. Pxt approach gave me the telephone number to bwi radar and told me to call them. When I called them they said I was real close to washington airspace and said it was my fault for getting so close. I just followed their instructions and do not feel I violated airspace.

Narrative: BWI CLRED ME DIRECT PXT THEN TOLD ME TO CONTACT PXT APCH ON 120.05. DIRECT PXT PUT ME ON THE 010 DEG RADIAL. I NEEDED TO HOLD A HDG OF 210 DEGS TO KEEP ME DIRECT. PXT APCH GAVE ME THE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO BWI RADAR AND TOLD ME TO CALL THEM. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID I WAS REAL CLOSE TO WASHINGTON AIRSPACE AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR GETTING SO CLOSE. I JUST FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND DO NOT FEEL I VIOLATED AIRSPACE.
