Narrative:
Location, 15 mi east of armel VOR climbing to FL230. At 22700 ft ATC advised us to level at FL210. Was in performance, hit altitude hold and stopped climb at 21400 ft. Informed ATC while returning to FL210. ATC said that it was no problem and that they would sort it out.

Narrative: LOCATION, 15 MI E OF ARMEL VOR CLBING TO FL230. AT 22700 FT ATC ADVISED US TO LEVEL AT FL210. WAS IN PERFORMANCE, HIT ALT HOLD AND STOPPED CLB AT 21400 FT. INFORMED ATC WHILE RETURNING TO FL210. ATC SAID THAT IT WAS NO PROB AND THAT THEY WOULD SORT IT OUT.
