Narrative:
The new radar system at sdf does not work correctly during periods of high winds. I filed an unsafe condition report on it and instead of addressing the problem in their response, they tried to cover their butts and blow it off like there was not a problem. They also said that when we are having problems with the radar the traffic flow is adjusted to make up for it, this is not true.
