Narrative:
On arrival at msp, we were cleared to descend to 8000 ft. A sweringen merlin was cleared to 7000 ft, but the merlin continued the climb through 7000 ft, at which time we were issued an RA to climb. After clear of issued traffic, we went back to our assigned altitude of 8000 ft.
