Narrative:
An ATR42 turboprop had been given a clearance to cross 10 NM north of the huo VOR at 8000 ft due to a single engine aircraft at 7000 ft. The pilot read back the normal clearance of 'cross 10 mi north huo at 7000 ft' and I, the radar controller, was busy and missed the incorrect pilot readback. Corrective action: pilots and controllers need to be more attentive when communicating.
