Narrative:
First officer flying and failed to level off at 7000 ft. Went to 6300 ft before the captain realized it and correction was made by first officer to 7000 ft. Captain had been checking the airfield diagram and so was calling in range to cvg for departure and arrival gates/ramp information.

Title: DURING DSCNT, BOTH FLYING FO AND CAPT BECAME DISTRACTED CHKING THEIR ARPT DIAGRAM PAGES AND FAILED TO LEVEL AT ASSIGNED ALT. ALT ALERTER PROBABLY GOT THEIR ATTN AND THEY RETURNED TO ASSIGNED ALT.
Narrative: FO FLYING AND FAILED TO LEVEL OFF AT 7000 FT. WENT TO 6300 FT BEFORE THE CAPT REALIZED IT AND CORRECTION WAS MADE BY FO TO 7000 FT. CAPT HAD BEEN CHKING THE AIRFIELD DIAGRAM AND SO WAS CALLING IN RANGE TO CVG FOR DEP AND ARR GATES/RAMP INFO.
