Narrative:
Departed cur, tracking A315 with a clearance to FL280. Checked on with curacao control with a dusan estimate of XA23Z. Cur control instructed us to intercept the 022 degree radial off the beatrix VOR and track outbound. They also cleared us to FL350 and upon reaching FL310, cleared direct veska intersection at FL310, proceeded direct veska. Soon after, we leveled off at FL350 and received a TCASII TA. Traffic displayed was at 1 O'clock, 10 mi, 300 ft low. Immediately thereafter, XA28Z, a TCASII RA advisory was received and complied with. Climbing to FL355, with positive identify of an all white livery airbus type aircraft passing from right to left and descending. When aircraft no longer a factor, returned to FL350. Throughout the above incident, cur control was advised of our actions.
