Narrative:

So handed verified weight and balance to me at XX00 local. All numbers checked good (airplane plane laptop computer) and I sign weight and balance and return paperwork to so, consulting with ramp agent about the time entered on weight and balance, we assume she took both copies of weight and balance. Once I verify all entries are correct per weight and balance and aplc (airplane plane laptop computer), and takeoff card is correct we file weight and balance as the so did. At air carrier X we have 10 mins to be ready to push back after receiving verified weight and balance. This is ample time but when ramp agents put wrong time on weight and balance to make her times look good this is not the way the system is to work. Once information entered in aplc is checked by captain, the weight and balance is filed with the other paperwork. All changes are then done using only aplc, ie, runway change or ATIS update. This is why we did not discover weight and balance missing until after takeoff. It is possible she didn't realize she took weight and balance.
