Narrative:
Over atl we proceeded out the 324 degree radial. The autoplt was hooked up to the auxiliary navigation which was receiving information from the omega that was loaded via ACARS from the company. ZTL told us to turn right and intercept the 349 degree radial. We compared the ACARS flight plan with the computer flight plan and found that they did not agree. We informed ZTL of our difference in flight plans and he said no problem and verified the remainder of our route. Supplemental information from acn 335929: I believe we were just slightly off course when ATC called. We immediately returned to J89 and continued without incident.
