Narrative:
Departing sjc we taxied to the end of the parallel taxiway for runway 12R. Since we thought we were at the end of runway 12R we used data for full length. After departing we realized we had departed intersection of taxiway left rather than full length. Full length is at taxiway M which includes the overrun area. We had data for taxiway left but we used data for full length.
