Narrative:
On takeoff from runway 11R, msp, engine #3 firebell and fire handle sounded and illuminated. Performed engine fire/failure checklist, declared emergency, dumped fuel to landing weight and landed with no further occurrence. Tower and emergency vehicles saw no smoke or fire indications. Maintenance suspects faulty or shorted fire detection loop.
