Narrative:

While being vectored by aircraft carrier, under the watch of feck control, 3 AV8's amd 1 EA6B in support of international exercise marcot 96 were violated for being in a unauthorized airspace. We were told to orbit in that area by the ship to await tasking. While holding informed ship of our altitude change from 13000 ft to 20000 ft. Aircraft carrier approved. Later, feck gave us a vector of 20 degrees to head out restr airspace. We immediately complied. Bottom line þ while under direct control during an exercise, pilots violated by outside agency. Controling agents in marcot exercise were not coordinated with local ZBW.

LATER, FECK GAVE US A VECTOR OF 20 DEGS TO HEAD OUT RESTR AIRSPACE. WE IMMEDIATELY COMPLIED. BOTTOM LINE þ WHILE UNDER DIRECT CTL DURING AN EXERCISE, PLTS VIOLATED BY OUTSIDE AGENCY. CTLING AGENTS IN MARCOT EXERCISE WERE NOT COORDINATED WITH LCL ZBW.
