Narrative:

On landing all 4 main tires blew and pretty much disintegrated on rollout. The approach to runway 9L at miami was normal with no indication of a problem. It appeared and felt like the plane landed with the brakes on, despite the fact that they were not applied or that the parking brake was not on. The plane shook violently on rollout and the captain had a hard time controling the aircraft but managed to get it on a taxiway safely. There was no fire, so the passenger were deplaned normally. As far as I know there has been no determination as to what part of the system (brake/anti- skid) failed. No actions taken by the crew were responsible for this incident.
